I love it when I can feature some of the beautiful scenes from my own stomping grounds! This shot is from Stony Brook State Park in Dansville, NY. I learned that if I want to get landscape photos in these parks without people in them, I need to arrive very early. So I was up with the sun, skipped the shower and drove off to the park to photograph. No one was in the park, so the whole, no-shower thing went unnoticed.
